Director: Stephanie Pugliese

Hello my name is Stephanie and I am the Director/ Approved Provider at Kiddies on First Early Learning Child Care Centre. I am a qualified Early childhood Teacher and I am a trainer and assessor in Early Education and Care

I have had many years of industry experience in all early childhood care sectors. I have a grown up family of three boys and I understand the daily challenges of families and the tricky task of balancing work and family commitments.

My children all went to Long Day Care and I shared the same questions and concerns that you may have about child care. Therefore I understand the importance of providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children that fosters learning in all areas of development and wellbeing.

I also value open communication, family involvement and welcome your discussion, suggestions and questions at all times. I look forward to working collaboratively with all families and developing a partnership that fosters a holistic learning environment for the children.

Early Childhood Professionals

Kiddies on First offers qualified early childhood educators who provide educational learning programs based on children’s interests, strengths, abilities and choice. The NQF underpins our curriculum decision making daily.

Our team of educators are experienced and understand the importance of extending on children’s home-life experiences. Individual programs are developed for each child in order to assist with and build upon their learning, understanding, communication, self-esteem and confidence. This is done in collaboration with families.
